Storage Lens

GjirafaTech Captain Storage Lens allows you to keep track of your storage analytics solution and to give you organization-wide visibility into object storage, with point-in-time metrics and trend lines as well as actionable recommendations. With Captain S3 Storage Lens, you can understand, analyze, and optimize storage with 29+ usage and activity metrics and interactive dashboards to aggregate data for your entire organization, specific accounts, regions, buckets, or prefixes. All of this data is accessible in the S3 Management Console or as raw data in an S3 bucket.

Every organization gets a default dashboard

S3 Storage Lens includes an interactive dashboard which you can find in the S3 console. The dashboard gives you the ability to perform filtering and drill-down into your metrics to really understand how your storage is being used. The metrics are organized into categories like data protection and cost efficiency, to allow you to easily find relevant metrics.

View GjirafaTech Captain Storage Lens

When clicking Lens button you can view storage analytics. Select drop down list and select Bucket of which you want to see analytics. You can also select in drop down list of days, weeks or months, to show all the analytics of that bucket. In the left side of the page you can view Total Storage usage, Active Buckets, Object Count and Avarage Objecet Size. In the right side of the page you can view Total Storage Usage, Percentage, Object Count and Average Object Size for each bucket of the project. You can also view daily Storage usage graph. Bytes Sent & Received and Ops & Successful Ops are also shown with a daily usage graph. You can Select category to show daily usage of bytes sent and recieved. We support categories such as:
